Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation and no-show policy has been created to ensure mutual respect for your time & ours. We aim to provide every client with a personalized & positive experience. When you schedule an appointment, the time is allocated for you exclusively. We recognize that schedule adjustments may be necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we need the following from all clients. A fee of $30 will be charged on your next booked appointment for same day, less than 24hrs for a no show, reschedule or cancel appointments. If not paid service will be cancelled Our spa has a no children policy. No Refund Policy: No Refund Policy is simply a policy where you have been informed that you are not allowed to return or get refunds for any type of services, Specials, packages, procedures and or services you have purchased. In-house credit is offered. Whether you received services or not NO REFUNDS All deposits are non-refundable. All payments made for services rendered as well as any services purchased in advance are non-refundable, but may be used as a spa credit instead.
